Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

Replacement Policy:
You may request a replacement within 7 days if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, box, manuals, and accessories
- Issue must be reported within 7 days with proof (images/video)

All replacement requests are subject to inspection. The process may take up to 7–14 business days.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is defective AND
- A replacement is not available or not possible

We do NOT offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Product not meeting personal expectations

Prepaid Orders:
Orders cancelled before processing are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Eligible Cases:
- Used, damaged, or misused products
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Customized or special-order items
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery

Additional Notes:
We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.

One-side delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
